For June, I thought it would be fun to post your favorite recipe of things you like to take to a BBQ! Whether it be your favorite steak/chicken marinade, salad, appetizer, or dessert!

Fast and Easy Cheesecake

This is a recipe from Patti Bingham (Jamie Bingham's Mother-in-Law)!

Make in 9x13 pan

Crust: 1 package graham crackers-crumbled fine
1/3 Cup sugar
3 Tbs. Melted Butter

Mix crust ingredients and press into pan.

Cake: 8 oz. cream cheese
1 Cup sugar
8 oz. cool whip

Mix cream cheese and sugar until well blended. Fold in cool whip.

Topping: 1 large can cherry pie filling
