This frosting is heaven on sugar cookies.
(And again, Mindy... sorry it's 2 months in the making.)
Vanilla Buttercream Frosting
3C. powdered sugar
1/3 C. butter, softened
1-1/2 t. vanilla
2 T. milk
Directions: Mix together. :)
