A fall favorite! This dip is really good with sliced apples, chunks of bagel, or shortbread cookies.
Now Mindy, we all need your caramel fruit dip. :)
1 pkg cream cheese, softened at room temperature
1 7-oz. jar marshmallow cream
1/2 c. canned pumpkin
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add marshmallow cream (sometimes I leave a lot of the jar out--this dip can be a bit sweet) and beat again. Then add the pumpkin and spices, beat. for best results, chill before serving.
